Introduction to Surfing:
Delphi Your Chance to have a go and experience Surfing for the first time. The introduction to surf courses usually run over a half day session, either as part of a longer-multi-activity break or as a stand alone day trip.
Sample Session:
1. Meet at Delphi Centre, Issue of Wetsuits and Session Brief
2. Head to beach for a 15 minute brief covering Equipment, Catching Waves and Surfing Skills
3. Into the water to put it all into practice, after the first few wobbly moments you'll soon be catching waves and improving your balance
4. The Main aim is to catch loads of waves and enjoy the Thrill of the surf. With a bit of work and practice you may even get yourself standing on your first session!
5. Back to Delphi on a serious high for a well earned meal with a few stories to tell
Learn to surf Courses:
If you want a bit more than an introduction to surfing then Delphi's learn to surf courses maybe for you. From a full day to a full week, our learn to surf courses are designed to take you beyond an introductory level towards developing skills and awareness to give you that kick start into the sport of Surfing.

Course Content
The Focus of all our learn to surf courses is to improve your surfing technique while having Fun!.
All courses will cover, Technique coaching, Safety skills and Awareness, Wave Prediction and Equipment Care and Maintence.
Our Longer courses will develop these skills further with options to cover modules including: Rescue and lifesaving, Fitness for surfing, Wave formation and Wave and weather prediction.
